Manage and coordinate up to 16 events each year (10 - 200 attendees). Work with staff and volunteer committees to develop event content and manage all event logistics, including contract negotiation, speaker/trainer contact, seating arrangements, food and beverage, audiovisual, onsite management, pre-and post-event communication with attendees, and the preparation of event materials. Host/manage webinar events developed by a committee. Also required will be minimal office duties and other duties as assigned.
