What we're looking for: We are seeking a part-time intern to assist in day-to-day logistics including maintain exhibitor database, communicating with current/sponsor exhibitors, and coordinating meeting materials for the RSNA Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.
The internship runs from early-September through mid-December with onsite work at RSNA 2022, November 21-30. We are looking for a candidate 15-20 hours per week at a rate of $15.00 per hour.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the maintenance of the exhibitor and sponsorship database
- Assist in the processing and communication of exhibitor’s booth activities
- Assist in the coordination and production of marketing activities
- Assist in the tracking/proofing of sponsorship activities
- Coordinate production of onsite meeting materials
- Provide support to other areas of the Meeting Department with special projects
- Support Corporate Relations activities at McCormick Place during annual meeting.
What you'll need:
- Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and various software programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work at McCormick Place for RSNA 2022, November 21-30.
