The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) is seeking a talented Director of Leadership Programs to add to its team. The Director, Leadership Programs oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of leadership programs in the Office of Learning (OL). This position is also responsible for the measurement of the impact of the association’s leadership strategy. The Director, Leadership Programs, will collaborate with ADEA staff and ADEA members to deliver effective programs that support diverse professions and will work to expand the existing programs into a global format. Additionally, they will assist with leadership programs that are overseen in other ADEA departments
