Sr. Manager, Member Relations
The Sr. Manager of Member Relations leads the membership program, including customer service, database administration, membership marketing, and events. Under the supervision of the Vice President, the Manager works with internal partners and external vendors to facilitate membership activities, relations, and processing, while providing customer service as needed.
