The Executive Director (E.D.) serves as the chief executive officer, reports directly to the Board of Directors, recommends, and participates in the formulation of new policies while implementing existing policies approved by the board of directors. The E.D. plans, organizes, directs, and supports chapter staff, activities, and programs of the association to ensure objectives are attained, plans fulfilled, and members’ needs are met. Through positive management and enlightened leadership, the E.D. achieves financial stability, productive performance, innovative programming, and constructive growth.
