Description The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and strategic oversight related to association governance, leadership development, volunteer management, honors and awards, and to direct the operations of the programs administered by the Association Governance Operations Team. Further, the incumbent is responsible for the operations and activities of the Association's Board of Directors, and governance and discipline-related committees. Responsibilities Conceive, implement, and evaluate initiatives and project plans to strengthen, facilitate and integrate the Association's governance structure and process.
