The Membership and Operations Manager leads CANA’s membership retention and recruitment strategies, manages member benefit programs, and supports the association’s volunteer and governance structures. This role oversees the association management system (AMS), handles member data and reporting, and coordinates member engagement, advisory group (committee) activities, and board relations. The Membership and Operations Manager also supports CANA’s operational needs and contributes to cross-functional initiatives that align with CANA’s strategic plan.
