The Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® (“CSMAR”) is seeking an experienced, collaborative leader as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of its 1,850-member Association, taking CSMAR to the next level of member success.  As the trusted “Voice for Real Estate”, CSMAR promotes ethical standards and professional development opportunities, strengthens REALTOR® involvement in the community, and advocates for real property ownership and private property rights.  CSMAR’s next CEO will be a strategic and visionary thinker; passionate for making a positive impact, a strong communicator, and has a proven track record of effectively managing teams and executing projects.  The position will be in person/on site at CSMAR’s
