Leads, directs, and manages the State of Michigan’s (SOM) MiDEAL Extended Purchasing and Vendor Outreach programs. Establishes the strategic and marketing plans for these initiatives. Implements approved plans for accomplishing the strategic and marketing plans. Creates performance standards and assigns/supervises work for section employees. Works with outside organizations as well as internal Central Procurement Services (CPS)/SOM groups to assure effectiveness of plans and accomplishment of results.
