ACLM is seeking a skilled iMIS Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, performance, integrity, maintenance and security of our association management system (iMIS). We are a professional association of 11,500+ members and 40 staff. This role involves ensuring data integrity, optimizing database performance, supporting and facilitating integrations and providing technical support to internal staff and external users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with iMIS and a strong understanding of database management principles.
Administers and supports the association management software (iMIS), emphasizing reliability, scalability, and security (iMIS EMS cloud, including RISE).
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ACLM’s company policies.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Configures and customizes the AMS to meet specific needs, including settings, fields, workflows, automation, analysis, reports, queries, dashboards, and other visualizations.
Administers e-business functions between the AMS and the website, including supporting the integration of ACLM’s technology platforms:

Troubleshoots and corrects issues as they arise.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users.
Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
Manage data import/export processes, if needed.
Understands and analyzes business needs and abilities to enhance the AMS system’s efficiency and usage.
Ensures accuracy and integrity of data by performing thorough audits, validations, and regular data checks and updates and fills in gaps for data hygiene and maintenance. Optimizes as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Works with staff to identify user needs and develop processes for increased productivity and increased user experience.
Maintain and enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business decisions where applicable.
Create custom reports using iMIS reporting tools to assist team members.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Microsoft Certification in SQL Database Administration is highly desirable
5+ years’ Microsoft SQL server administration experience.
3+ years’ experience managing iMIS or a similar AMS (Association Management System) and administration of MS SQL Server 2019/2022.
Working knowledge of relational databases and advance knowledge/programming experience with SQL and Crystal Reports and Access; experience with SQL Reporting Services is highly desirable.
Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including: ASP.NET, ADO.NET.
