This person will be responsible for all member facing  and internal training and development programs and assist in recruitment efforts for the continued growth of the organization. The primary objective will be to boost engagement through learning and development initiatives for association members by identifying training gaps and developing targeted solutions to address them. S/he will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
