What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Chapter Relations to join our team as the vital link between our trade association and its chapters. In this role, you will lead the charge in fostering strong relationships, driving chapter engagement and growth, and creating a sense of community among our members. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring effective communication, providing strategic support to our Chief Operations Officer, and aligning chapter activities with our mission and goals.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Support Chapter Growth: Guide chapter leaders with resources and best practices to align with the association’s goals.
Boost Chapter Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement at the chapter level.
Ensure Strategic Alignment: Collaborate on strategic plans that align chapters with national objectives.
Serve as Chief Chapter Liaison: Maintain clear communication between the national association and address issues with chapters as they arise, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years' experience overseeing member services, affiliate or chapter relationships, or volunteer operations.
At least 5 years of experience in a management role, where you have managed people and led projects and programs around member services, association services, volunteer programs or chapter/affiliate-based environments.
Additional certifications, such as Certified Association Executive (CAE) or Project Management Professional (PMP), would be a plus.
This role requires up to 25% travel, including up to 5 days of overnight travel per month.
