We are seeking a Director of Chapter Development & Member Engagement who will be responsible for driving the growth and development of new and existing chapters within one of our largest clients, the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Association. This role involves providing strategic support, generating new members, ensuring compliance, ensuring adoption of IEC’s apprenticeship model, and enhancing the value of IEC. The Director will collaborate with the Executive Directors/staff within the Chapter model to support their success at delivering member benefits and educating electricians in an apprenticeship program.
