Under general supervision, the Paralegal for Intellectual Property assists the efforts to protect the organization’s trademarks and other intellectual property, including by providing guidance to third parties on the proper use of the organization’s intellectual property and enforcing the organization’s trademark rights by addressing misuse and unauthorized use of the trademarks.   Essential Functions Investigates potential unauthorized use and misuse of the organization’s certification trademarks in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
