The Position Our Meetings Coordinator is the individual responsible for planning and executing meeting planning logistics for AMT’s Annual Meeting, Committee Meetings, and Staff Events. This role collaborates with our Meeting Planner on event development ensuring processes are smoothly executed, including education program development and speaker management. Additionally, this position manages AMT’s Scholarship Program. From application collection to distribution, you’re in charge of reviewing and selecting our scholarship recipients.
