The North State Building Industry Association (NSBIA), a non-profit 501(c)(6) that represents the interests of the residential and light commercial construction industry in the 20-county area of Northern California with primary focus on the six counties of El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Yolo, Yuba, and Sutter, seeks an Executive Director (ED). The ED reports to a four-member Executive Committee and a 19-member Board of Directors and oversees a nine-person staff and occasional consultants, and the PAC. NSBIA has two related entities who have their own staff, both 501(c)(3) organizations, and the ED plays a limited oversight role in their operations.
