The Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) is searching for an energetic individual with a passion for service to join our member experience team. This role is key to member retention and recruitment by providing a top-notch and personalized experience for our members through communication (calls, chats and emails), in-person interactions, and understanding our member categories and benefits, while supporting and bringing new ideas to the team. The right candidate must demonstrate an innovative and collaborative team-oriented style with excellent organization skills and a passion for personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the Association's strategic initiatives.
