The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the senior financial professional responsible for the fiscal health of the association. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO serves as the senior business advisor to the CEO and department managers, directs and oversees all accounting and finance activities, and presents reports to volunteer committee leaders and the Board of Directors.  Duties and responsibilities: Ensures the association maintains an effective system of financial controls and policies. Leads the Finance Department, ensuring the team has the necessary skills, policies, procedures, and technology to effectively perform all accounting and finance functions. Collaborates with department managers to develop strategies and plans and analyze and report department and
