Regional member trade association located in Falls Church, VA seeks a full time Membership & Office Administrator. Duties include member/customer service, processing accounts receivables and payables, database management of membership information, and serving as registrar for chapter events.
This position will high contact with association members and will be responsible for member data integrity.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Experience:
Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Database Entry and Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Association Membership: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
Skills needed to be successful in this position:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and QuickBooks.
Database and/or registration system experience.
Experience in member or trade association membership
Excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills, and communication skills.
Detail oriented person, with need for minimal supervision and strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple overlapping duties with accuracy.
Skill in solving problems and making recommendations.
Strong customer service skills, desire to assist members, and ability to work with Chapter volunteers.
Independent project management while working in a team environment.
Previous office experience and minimum of associate degree or related certifications preferred.
