The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) seeks a Conference Assistant to support the Association’s conference and event activities. This position will be responsible for many day-to-day administrative tasks including, but not limited to, preparing conference event materials; packing/unpacking event materials and equipment; coordinating logistics for virtual events; assisting with the pre-registration process via the Association’s databases; providing assistance as needed to the other members of the Meetings and Conferences team; and other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The position will report directly to the Senior Director of Meetings & Conferences.
