The Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) is soliciting an Executive Director (Contractor)(Remote) to fulfill the requirements listed below. We will make a decision in January 2023, and all companies submitting will receive a response at that time. New Executive Director (contractor) would begin transitioning with existing Association Management Company on April 1, 2023. SGMP was founded in 1980 by a group of government planners who saw a need for education and training for both planners and industry suppliers. We are a decidedly niche group comprised of federal, state, municipality planners and contract planners; as well as suppliers including hotels, conference/convention centers, and contract suppliers.
