A small association management company located in Bloomington IL seeks a highly motivated and organized professional to serve as full-time Director of Administration for North and South American foodservice related association client.
Duties will include:
-Coordinating (along with outsource company) professional certification test coordination, body of knowledge library, committee meetings and committee recruitment
-Promoting and coordinating CEU program including CEU point assignments and an allied member Educational Provider Program
-Event Planning including program development, speaker solicitation as well as onsite management of speakers and audio/visual at annual events
-Develop new topics and coordinate quarterly webinar series coordination
-Assist with promotional email development and distribution
-Assist with marketing duties including marketing plan development, tradeshow participation
-Oversight of all Social Media channels along with outsourced marketing company
-Develop and distribute monthly newsletter
-Assist Executive Director with special projects as assigned
-Potential to elevate to Executive Director role
Requirements Undergraduate Degree and Association Management EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Proficiency with computer software packages such as Microsoft Office, Social Networking, Constant Contact and database applications. Candidate must have outstanding and proven communications and customer service skills, the ability to work independently and lead other team members, meeting assigned deadlines. Position requires some travel.
This position is a remote based position. Candidate must have dedicated office in their home or remote workplace. Preference to Midwest USA candidates.
