Overview The Manager is responsible for providing the highest level of service to IFT members and customers. They are primarily responsible for executing the department’s commitment to develop geographical chapters and the organization’s recruitment and retention strategies with membership leading to increased member engagement and revenue growth. In this capacity, the manager will serve as primary staff contact to advance IFT chapter development, engagement, and success. This individual works closely with the Director and Manager of Membership Experiences on the development and execution of chapter related activities for the organization, also serving as the primary contact for chapters.
