We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Manager of Membership Services to assist members in areas such as retention, recruitment, dues payments, billing cycles and sponsor points, and explanation of policies as needed/required. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Field Operations and the Director of Membership. Responsibilities include providing the necessary leadership and support to meet the organizational goal of growing and maintaining membership in all populations.
