Program Manager, Regional Affairs and Learning Programs
Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Regional Affairs, this role provides holistic support to NAFSA’s 11 regions as well as key components of NAFSA’s Leadership and Professional Development Services Unit, especially the e-learning portfolio. The majority of the Program Manager’s role supports the work of the regions, including communication, logistics, and administrative support for event and activity planning for all regional activities – most notably the 11 annual conferences led by the regional teams. This position provides robust customer service daily to both Regional Affairs as well as e-learning and engages daily with the volunteers and program participants to ensure high-level support and guidance.
