The Manager, Exhibits & Sponsorships is responsible for logistics for exhibits and sponsorships at the AAAE Annual Conference & Exposition with 300+ companies, as well as 400+ exhibits for five additional large meetings and numerous smaller meetings each year. The Manager supports sales efforts for digital and print advertising and oversees customer service for these areas. Primary duties and responsibilities: Once an exhibit or sponsorship is sold, the manager serves as the primary customer service contact, sending confirmations to sponsoring and exhibiting companies and ensuring the company is aware of all policies, next steps, has paid for the sponsorship and/or exhibit and registered all booth personnel and sponsor complimentary registra
