POSITION SUMMARY The Foundation and Development Manager is available as a hybrid or remote position. This person is responsible for managing the foundation fundraising activities and business operations. This position requires initiative to manage relationships with current Foundation donors and perform an integral role in fundraising efforts on behalf of the organization. The work requires the ability to work with a wide range of audiences without bias in a timely manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential to work with donors, board, other leaders, and staff. Plan and implement the strategic and business plan for the Foundation. Maintain the overall operations of the Foundation including fundraising campaigns, development, budgeting, and donor partnerships.
