SME is seeking a Manager, Member Engagement Programs to join their team.  This position is responsible for developing and executing SME-sponsored membership programs and strategies associated with membership recruitment, retention, and member engagement to serve current and future needs of national, international, and local chapter members. This position will be responsible for tracking engagement activities, member analytics, membership reports, and identifying/mining, aggregating, organizing, and deriving insights from a range of information collected SME sources to use in overall membership recruitment and retention strategy and to evaluate, modify existing programs and activating new ones.
