• Assist and support dealers and manufacturers with member services/participation questions and needs
• Support member project committees
• Manage marketing activities, including conference planning and promotion
• Assist with digital communications and social media posts, as needed
• Assist and support advertisers and sponsors with marketing opportunities and related questions or needs
• Perform record updates in the organization’s main database and any requested administrative updates to the product data repository
• Provide assistance and support to other business and functional areas related to member programs, as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in membership and/or marketing programs
• Proficiency in database management and Excel
• Customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree
