AAAI is seeking a new conference manager to join our small staff team. While we have an office in Palo Alto, CA, this position is available for full time remote work. The main focus of this position is to plan and manage the logistics of AAAI's conferences, including vendor contract negotiations, advance event logistics, creation and monitoring of budgets and tracking of expenses. This position will also implement meetings, events, exhibit programs, and sponsorship fulfillment onsite and provide leadership and guidance to staff on all planning aspects associate with meetings.
