The role of the Senior Associate, Lifelong Learning is to lead the development and implementation of targeted, effective integrated marketing campaigns for the Marketing department and support the Meetings and/or Education team. This includes developing compelling content and messaging, provide input on the design and manage the production and distribution of print and digital marketing materials. The Senior Associate, Lifelong Learning will also manage content across all ASM websites affiliated with the Meeting teams' events, develop, and manage production schedules and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time, and collect, maintain, and analyze data using a variety of tools (Google Analytics, email statistics etc.) to track tactical performance to show effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions (defines the critical end results expected of the jobholder related to the accountabilities above) 1. Lead and attend business line meetings to discuss Marketing objectives and planning for events. 2. Develop marketing plan to clearly outline marketing strategy for campaign. 3. Develop production schedules to outline upcoming deadlines. 4. Coordination of promotional plans and activities. 5. Provide input on and develop marketing collateral to give our target audience something to view so that they can perform an action. 6. Support the Meetings & Education Marketing Manager with development and implementation of effective integrated marketing campaigns for meetings and/or education department products to drive brand awareness, increase registration for meetings and webinars, and/or applications for fellowships. 7. Email marketing to inform customers and stakeholders about meetings and/or education offerings and drive brand awareness of each product. 8. Social media campaign management to drive brand awareness and increase audience for meetings and/or education products. 9. Website maintenance to inform customers and stakeholders about meetings and/or education offerings, drive brand awareness and grow our audience. 10. Support marketing manager in developing and executing field marketing events, such as ASM Microbe and ABRCMS meetings to increase brand awareness, engage and promote membership. 11. Develop and execute targeted marketing plans that drive results. 12. Leverage social media, association management software and email automation systems, and email marketing tracking tools. 13. Manage multiple promotions and campaigns simultaneously. 14. Leverage digital and analog marketing tactics to achieve marketing objectives. 15.
