This position reports directly to National PTA’s Executive Director and works with many departments throughout the association and with all Governance volunteers. The position supports the National PTA President, all officers, Board Members, Committee Chairs and members by coordinating the annual National Governance Retreat, maintaining Governance directories and web site bios, coordinating with the President and Executive Director on Board meeting schedules and agendas, updating and disseminating Governance and staff liaison training manuals, preparing and disseminating information and materials to the Board and Committee members, maintaining organizational records and coordinating and communicating with staff on Governance matters.
