General Summary The Coordinator, Chapter and Volunteer Relations is a key position responsible for managing volunteer and chapter records, communicating with key stakeholders, and providing programmatic support. The incumbent should be highly organized, member focused, able to coordinate projects with a keen eye for details, follow direction and take initiative. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Membership & Chapter Relations and Senior Director, Executive and Board Relations and works closely with chapter leaders and staff, association leaders and chapter relations and membership staff teams.
