IMN is seeking a creative Marketing Communications Manager skilled at elevating and increasing client brand awareness, expanding the reach of client products, services and programs and increasing engagement with client stakeholders at all levels (members, attendees, media, etc.) by developing and implementing multichannel campaigns to support client goals such as increasing event and educational program attendance, growing membership, generating new leads for programs, and increasing profit.
The Marketing Communications Manager will develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing plans and strategies for client products, services and programs, co-create and manage budgets and forecasts, and establish inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics for webinars, conferences, certificate Programs and other client activities. This includes developing strategies for digital and email promotions across client organizations to include managing creation, copy, CTA and subject line strategies, audience segmentation, and delivery; analyzing results; and consulting with all stakeholders to optimize email messaging and efficacy. This position will also assist with developing and executing IMN’s internal marketing communication strategies and plans.
Marketing Communications Strategy, Planning and Execution
Develops and implements individual marketing plans, strategies, and tactics for client products, services, and conferences such as email, SEO, digital ads, social media, as well as web and campaign analytics to promote products and analyze results.
Develops and implements multichannel promotional strategies utilizing inbound and outbound tactics for all client promotional product lines.
Develops and manages budget and forecast for all digital campaigns. Monitors budget and forecast for assigned product lines.
Creates and optimizes website content for client products, services and conferences.
Develop website, social media and program graphics.
Acts as the email strategy specialist for client organizations and IMN. This includes developing and maintaining a client organization email strategy, working with stakeholders to optimize messaging and continually testing and developing best practices for subject lines, layouts, CTA’s, etc.
Maintain robust social media presence for education products, publications, and other products and initiatives for clients and IMN.
Creates and maintains production schedules for developing and implementing promotion plans
Tracks and analyzes campaign performance to inform future strategy for education product promotion. Identifies latest trends and technologies to select the most effective channels for digital promotion.
Performs research to identify new markets
Researches and maintains competitive analysis for product lines
Overall responsibility of event administration as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree or similar experience from an accredited institution in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
Three years+ professional work experience in a marketing communications role.
Fluency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, preferred), and basic design programs, such as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, highly preferred.
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Non-profit or membership-based experience beneficial.
