Position Summary: Manages the certification programs from start to end for both the GMS and CRP; this includes managing a certification review board each year to update content and questions. Must stay abreast of changes in the certification environment and also lead new initiatives for certifications as they arise. Supports the Learning Lead on research for new courses that support the certification programs, including management of SMEs and vendors for course fulfillment. Supports Events Lead on content and production of webinars, virtual and in-person events, including content planning task force.
