Position Objective: Assist members to become more sustainable and competitive as evidenced by their participation in Protein PACT, which is the industry’s commitment to continuous improvement and transparency for healthy people, healthy communities, healthy animals and a healthy planet.
Engages with 100% of members on Protein PACT annually
Achieves 100 percent of member reporting data toward metrics by 2030.
Assist members to access resources to meet their company’s continuous improvement goals
Maintains member Protein PACT point of contact in all member companies
Manages communications of Protein PACT to staff and members
Acts as primary member Protein PACT metrics point of contact
Identifies organization and member Protein PACT resource needs and assists in providing solutions
Coordinates with Content Director to recommend appropriate education content and resources needed to support member continuous improvement
Oversees implementation and management of Protein PACT data management solution
Works closely with continuous improvement, communications and other consultants to meet member needs
Experience: 3-5 years in an organization or consulting environment working directly with clients or members to drive business change. Business degree preferred
Strong project leadership skills and collaborative spirit
Strong written and oral communicator
Comfortable with a variety business-related technology
Able to structure diverse problems and act to solve them
