What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional to coordinate the planning and implementation of registration projects, travel services and day-to-day efforts that relate to the planning of the RSNA annual meeting and a variety of external and internal meetings.

What you'll do:
Serve as primary contact and provide excellent customer services to meeting registrants, exhibiting companies, and staff throughout the year on registration inquires
Support development and implementation of travel activities, policies, standards and procedures and support the daily airline travel booking process for staff and volunteers
Manage and respond to all inquiries and confirmations addressed to general registration email inbox in concise and timely manner
Assist in the development, testing and implementation of registration websites; continuously seeking improvement to enhance the user experience
Manage registration for special groups
Manage in-house registration process for webinars
Collaborate to analyze registrant data and create registration reports
Maintain electronic reference files; ensure meeting registration website information is relevant and accurate
What you'll need:
Customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in meeting registration services and airline travel logistics is a plus
Ability to multi-task with accuracy and meet deadlines
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
General knowledge of Association Management Systems (AMS - Personify) is a plus
Experience using an agile work management tool, such as Jira is a plus
Ability to travel minimally, required once or twice per year
