Key responsibilities include:
performing registrar duties for all Association programming
preparing for upcoming conferences and events
supporting the Association’s education department and leadership team
communicating with members, vendors, speakers and other organizations
providing administrative and clerical support across all departments when needed

A valid driver’s license and access to an automobile
Experience using a bulk email platform and WYSIWYG html editor
Experience with time management and working in a fast-paced environment
Experience building relationships and communicating with general membership across multiple channels: telephone, email, fax
Professional experience with Zoom, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office software
