What you'll do:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Research & Education Foundation staff, including data entry/manipulation and communications via telephone and email
Coordinate planning for all major fundraising mailings and communications for individuals, private practice groups, and corporations
Prepare reports on key donation trends and coordinate all data management needs in Personify and Salesforce
Handle the solicitation of, stewardship of, and maintenance of sensitive credit card information for all individual auto donors
Responsible for generating thank you letters to donors, birthday card mailings, and other stewardship communications on a timely basis
Prepare for and coordinate conference calls, agendas, and reference materials for the Fund Development Committee and its working groups
Assist with logistical arrangements for committee meetings, including arrangements for transportation to and from the airport and meeting sites; and processing expense reimbursement requests
Assist with the coordination of activities and materials related to the R&E pavilion and donor suite, Distinguished Donor Reception, and Corporate Donor Reception at and during the RSNA annual meeting
Works with marketing department to update Foundation website donor lists, key donor metrics, and giving information in timely manner
What you'll need:
Minimum of four years of related experience (customer engagement, administrative support), preferably in a medical association or foundation setting
Bachelors Degree preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management software
Excellent customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-directed, and flexible functioning
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work occasional early morning, evening, or weekend hours as requested
