We are seeking an Education Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Society’s professional development programs, including conferences, symposiums, webinars, and seminars.
Coordinate operations and administration for all events including, but not limited to registrations, BEO’s, A/V needs, room blocks, name badges, attendee and speaker communications, and logistics.
Serve as the primary contact on all pre-and post-event speaker logistics as well as on-site speaker management at both in-person and virtual events.
Prepare post-event survey and compile results.
Provide weekly registration and pick-up reports and develop post-event reports.
Manage logistics for internal meetings, including A/V, catering, and other logistics.
Coordinate signage, printing, and shipping of content material and program collateral for events.
Prepare and distribute PDH/CEU certificates and maintain records.
Maintain conference proceedings and presentations to build a robust database of speakers and content.
Serve as the primary point of contact for member and customer inquiries for professional development programs. Provide personable and professional customer service.
Maintain member and customer learning profiles, update records, process registration payments, provide reports as needed, and ensure the overall integrity and accuracy of the database.
Input data into Association Management System (AMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Develop communications to promote educational programs (e.g. email announcements, social media, mobile apps, website).
Assist with the administrative and scheduling needs for committees.
General administrative and other duties as assigned.
2 or more years related work experience, preferably in a membership association.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and willingness to keep up with evolving technologies and learn new platforms as required, preferred MemberSuites and Blue Sky Path experience a plus.
Excellent customer service mentality, articulate, personable, positive, team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Committed to developing strong and positive relationships, internally and externally.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; self-directed, able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively and professionally.
Approximately 10% travel is required (including some international).
