We are seeking an Association Management Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. We are a small family owned business that manages several nonprofit scientific associations. BK Association Management, LLC. was established in 2008. We are looking for a goals oriented person to provide excellent member services. You will find an opportunity to support the work and mission of food safety and environmental safety organizations.
Assist executive director with membership communications and reports
Update association website content
Assist with projects around annual meeting conferences and membership
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and writing skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Strong attention to details and deadlines
Preference is given to:
Experience with website content management.
Proficiency with MS Office 365 especially Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Outlook
Familiarity with Adobe software (Photoshop, Acrobat)
Familiarity with HTML, or other related languages
Leadership and goals project management oriented
Focused on serving members and working in collaborative environment
