Your Core Contributions To The Team - Process Continuing Education (CE) course application/renewals for CCIM online and classroom programs. Work with education staff to ensure submissions are completed in a timely manner. Monitor CE deadlines to ensure application and renewal requirements are met.
- Maintain an understanding of rules and regulations around CE for state real estate commissions.
- Prepare documentation for continuing education packets to be to be used by staff, course sponsors, and students. Gather and maintain online documents for course sponsors to edit and print.
- Re-format and revise documentation as needed.
- Determine if additional information should be sent to the offerings in certain states (type & prepare cover sheets and state rosters).
- Work with Education Delivery Coordinator to maintain proper inventory of CE materials.
- Using CCIM’s association management system (a Salesforce based platform), issue continuing education certificates to students for their real estate license renewals.
- Maintain and update all templates dealing with continuing education certificates.
- Maintain/create all course credit updates in association management system.
- Maintain and update student CE information for completed courses, including verify student’s attendance, state course requirements, proper identification, and license numbers.
- Merge continuing education documents, process certificates, and upload to individual students’ profiles.
- Process required CE rosters and forward to real estate commissions.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements with the goal of streamlining workflows and achieving operational efficiencies.
- Answer student inquiries and provide information regarding continuing education approval.
About You knowledge and abilities - Minimum four years’ experience, preferably in customer service, education and/or association environment.
- Knowledge of continuing education and education platforms a plus.
education, certification, licenses - Minimum Associate degree or equivalent experience.
