We are currently seeking a Membership Engagement Manager to join our team. The Membership Engagement Manager will create and lead membership engagement initiatives, nurture collaboration and relationships of communities and oversee coordination of activities. Develop an idea sharing and community-building environment to strengthen the relationship among members within digital communities. Enhance and leverage membership database to improve the overall membership experience. Develop, implement and manage AHIMA programs designed to demonstrate value to student members and new graduate members through Student Academy, Open House and engagement. The Membership Engagement Manager will be enhancing and evolving the Mentor Match Program with the goal of preparing future AHIMA/HI leaders. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop resources, create a communication plan to encourage engagement from members, but not limited to the Heath Information profession.
- Utilize communities to identify new audiences.
- Serve as the membership database subject matter expert by evaluating current data, determine membership related information needed across the Enterprise.
- Develop strategies for data collection to assist other business units in the development and delivery of content relevant to the Health Information profession.
- Assist with identifying potential new members based on behavior/current engagement.
- Create and implement strategies to improve the member experience.
- Lead, advise, and manage the Student Advisory, plan annual Student Academy, Student Open House, and other engagement activities.
- Develop meeting content, arrange speakers, logistics, and agenda items to meet the needs of the audience.
- Develop, implement, and manage member benefit portfolio especially as it relates to student members and career resources.
- Establish ongoing career preparation services for AHIMA members via multiple delivery channels including based upon team recommendations, such as, but not limited to managing and enhancing webinars, toolkits, and the Mentor Match Program.
