ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the implementation of a strategic plan that has refreshed the franchising sector’s highly valued certification program. We currently have more than 3,000 CFE graduates and candidates but we want to have 10,000 by 2030.
Oversee the creation and delivery of new and refreshed in-person and online courses that reflect current best practices in adult learning. The role does not require expertise in franchising. Rather, it requires an association education expert that can manage a curriculum adviser and a course creation project manager, adhere to program guidelines, organize subject matter experts, build online courses, and/or recommend additional revenue-generating learning opportunities.
Implement Learning Management System (LMS) and integrate it with the Association’s AMS, which is the Salesforce-based Nimble platform.
Communications and Community Building
Develop a marketing and communications plan to increase participation and engagement in ICFE, including website management, e-mail marketing, post-event outreach, and a specific focus on LinkedIn and other social media.
Build a networking community among CFE’s both online and through in-person events, including managing the annual graduation process and ceremonies of approximately 200+ graduates each year.
Implement the ICFE’s robust strategic plan.
Manage the ICFE Board of Directors. The ICFE is a working board of senior executive volunteers. The program manager will ensure the effective management of board meetings, official duties, and projects in collaboration with the board’s executive committee and sub-committees to ensure advancement of strategic goals.
Build processes that ensure a smooth and positive customer experience and automate data management and tracking where possible.
Grow the ICFE significantly over time by cultivating new international partners, developing course bundling strategies, and generating owned content.
Manage contracts with international partners and 3rd party course providers.
Engage/manage/recruit potential sponsors, course providers and subject matter experts.
Establish and deliver revenue-focused metrics for candidate enrollments, renewals, event registrations and payments by 3rd party providers.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
5+ years of association-based education or certification experience, with a focus on both online and in-person learning
Experience with LMS and AMS systems
Track record of increasing revenue through executive education programs
Ability to manage volunteers, establish priorities, work independently, solve problems, and proceed without supervision
A strong orientation toward collaboration and teamwork; adaptability to changing priorities from multiple stakeholders; and a drive to meet or beat deadlines
Someone who wants to lead a significant growth opportunity and have a meaningful impact on the industry we serve.
