Are you looking for an exciting sales opportunity? Do you enjoy the challenge of serving existing clients while finding new clients to take the business to a new level? ENA is looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for managing ENA’s revenue growth by developing new and growing existing customers by securing advertising, sponsorship and hospital partners for assigned accounts and geographic territories to support ENA’s ability to meet the needs of the emergency nursing profession.
A typical day in the life of a Sales Manager:
Manage and grow ENA’s active advertising and sponsorship accounts while leveraging ENA’s assets into deeper customer relationships and revenue growth. Programs to achieve revenue accomplishment include; ENA print and digital media channels and products, sponsorships, special projects, direct education sales into hospital systems and programs in development.
Secure new accounts through business development activities including prospecting, trade shows and relationship building with selected companies/geographic territory targeting the emergency nursing care market.
Identify and sell opportunities based on customer needs; upselling to additional ENA assets when appropriate.
Develop new sources for advertising, sponsorships and education revenues through the creation of new and innovative programs.
Participate in a cross-functional team providing input into product development, revenue drivers and process setting product pricing.
Maintain a high level of ENA product and market knowledge.
Manage all performance metrics and reports to strengthen ROI reporting; collaboration with Director, Sales on pricing and Sales Operations Manager on budgeting inputs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Public Relations teams to connect commercial interest with association assets to position ENA as the “go-to” source to connect with ED nurses.
Communicate sales confirmations with the Sales Operations team to ensure that orders and fulfillment proceed smoothly through the proper ENA channels; including account troubleshooting and follow up.
Work closely with Sales Operations to develop useful webinars, PowerPoint presentations, and other persuasive sales tools that can enhance ENA’s customer’s value-based understanding of ROI through ENA opportunities
Maintain accurate client and prospect records in CRM.
Collaborate with Director, Sales and other key departments within ENA to keep them informed about media sales, sponsorship, and hospital sales developments; prepare PowerPoint presentations for staff as required.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development
Strong cold calling, business development, account management, relationship management, and excellent interdepartmental collaboration.
Strong project management experience
