American Fisheries Society is looking for Membership Coordinator.
Membership Coordinator is the main point of contact for all member related matters, and supports Manager of Membership with various tasks; Annual meeting registration both online and on site. Duties include:
Process membership payments and updates of member records
Respond to member requests via phone and email
Process meeting registrations
Send various communications via iMIS email system
Preparing statistical and other reports
Work with accounting to ensure accuracy of processed batches
Updating membership area of the association's website
Overseeing and updating staff dashboards
Provide support for AFS chapters and sections
Basic database maintenance
Collaboration with Membership Committee
Experience with non-profit professional associations and customer service.
Travel to annual meeting (once a year)
Familiarity with membership management system, iMIS strongly preferred
Familiarity with CMS, RiSE preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Additional Salary Information: depending on experience
