The Continuing Education Manager works with Senior Associates, Account Executives and other Director level positions to deliver exceptional client experiences. The Continuing Education Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating continuing education initiatives of the Client while continuing to serve in a support role for the Senior Associates, Account Executives and other Director level positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to Chief Staff Executive
Launch (as needed), manage and evaluate all aspects of online continuing education programs and serves as staff liaison to associated committees
Complete advanced designations TBD
Develop instructor program for advanced designations
Utilize Foundation to fund education development
Work to promote the value of advanced designations to members and key stakeholders
Collaborate with Marketing staff on development and execution of marketing initiatives for assigned programs
Work with software platform vendor(s) to ensure contract deliverables
Responsible for implementation, transition and management of online software platform(s) that host the online continuing education programs
Responsible for monitoring program trends and recommending areas of improvement opportunities
Create, present and manage annual budget assigned programs
Establish annual program goals and provide monthly reports with goal analysis
Responsible for all inquiries (phone/email) with regard to your scope of work

Proactively alerts Supervisor to challenges or concerns related to delivery of service
Proactively suggests solutions to challenges encountered
Effectively self-reviews work product and produced limited errors
Pays attention to detail related to management of relevant databases
