Arlington based national trade association seeks an organized team player for the Registration and Events Coordinator position. This position will be responsible for overall support for the association’s Industry Relations team focused on customer service, registration and event support.
Act as main point of contact for all event and registration inquiries.
Assist with password resets, login issues and inquiries for the educational licensing component of our Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (MHEI).
Lead registration for large annual events through internal AMS platform and/or third-party vendor.
Maintain reporting and historical data on registration, meeting history, exhibitors, sponsors, etc.
Develop and maintain all event websites on WordPress.
Set-up and distribute event email communications.
Assist Senior Meetings Manager with items as requested including, but not limited to housing coordination, reservations, hotel audits, etc.
Coordinate speaker registrations, travel and logistics.
Coordinate needs and supplies for meetings. Including, but not limited to ordering, packing, etc.
Assist with sponsorship deliverables.
Assist Industry Relations team with membership communications, follow-up, engagement, etc.
Establish, maintain and upkeep membership, exhibitor and sponsorship documents.
Run reports as needed for marketing, events, etc.
Provide ongoing administrative support for the Industry Relations team and association special projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Database and learning management system experience preferred.
Association experience a plus.
E-Mail marketing platform experience a plus.
Knowledge in WordPress.
Customer service and detailed oriented.
Takes pride in their work and job.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize.
