We are seeking a motivated, positive, and detail oriented individual to join our Compliance and Quality Assurance Department.
Essential functions of the Compliance Specialist position:
Research, investigate and process violations of the Inteleos Compliance Policies
Process requests for special (testing) accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Maintain compliance violation and accommodation request files and documentation
Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding the Compliance and Special Accommodation programs by telephone and e-mail
Provide support to the Compliance and Special Accommodations programs, including execution of general administrative functions and other projects to support department operations as needed

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Superior time management/organizational skills
The successful candidate will work in our headquarter office located in Rockville, Maryland, must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Inteleos will not sponsor applicants for work-authorized status now or in the future) and pass an extensive background screening (criminal, education, and skills-assessment).
