The American College Health Association (www.acha.org) seeks a fulltime Administrative Assistant to support customer service activities and other administrative tasks of the ACHA – National College Health Assessment (ACHA-NCHA www.acha.org/NCHA). This entry-level team member will provide administrative support to the ACHA Research Team.
Specific tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Liaison with Scantron to manage paper survey administration
Preparation of ACHA-NCHA web surveys for data collection
Dissemination of data and reports to customers
Update and maintain ACHA-NCHA procedural protocols
Update and maintain ACHA-NCHA customer service tools (Users Manual, FAQ’s)
Track ACHA-NCHA publications in the professional literature
Field email and telephone inquiries from ACHA-NCHA surveyors

ACHA National Office is located in Silver Spring, MD. This position is eligible for up to 3 days/week telework and includes a generous benefits package. The salary range for this position is $43-45K annually.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written, oral, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Interest in public health research and policy is preferred.
Telecommuting is allowed.
